I think that this is such a powerful quote because if everyone just tried a little harder to be kind, imagine what a safe, wonderful and kind world it would be.

ReplyDeleteA quote that is meaningful to me, stated by Mahatma Gandhi, is "In a gentle way you can shake the world." To me, this quote means that you can change the world in peaceful way. This quote is meaningful to me because I always get inspired by this saying. This quote reminds me that though wars end in peace, such battles also create damage.

When the building is falling, all the mice desert it. That is my favorite quote. I thought that it meant with your friends walking away, you will never be happy. I think it also means that when you aren't united, your friendships run from you. I think this is meaningful because if you think about it figuratively, not literally, you can see something hidden underneath the words.

I would love to have dessert before dinner because I would get really hyper. If kids could do what ever they want when they want I would buy a condo and sit in the front and drive.

ReplyDeleteOne quote that is meaningful to me is from Ms. Lindesy. "The phrase I can't should be change to the phrase I can't yet to make you want to learn. It is meaningful because Ms. Lindesy says if you say you can't do something than your brain will make you not do it and really want to do everything that is possible. This quote reminds me of Ms.Lindesy and my love of music and band. Plus it reminds me of Ms Lindesy because she says it a lot.

I would choose "I have a dream"by MLK. MLK made segregation disappear. I feel disappointed in America back then because of segregation. Would you be separate by hair colors. No friends who is dirty blonde, black hair, blonde, ect.
