I have a lot of great memorize at this school. I have a lot of good and bad. But what I am really going to miss, is the most awesome, coolest, weirdest class I have ever had. I mean come on, who wouldn't love our class. We got the clowns, the loud ones, the quite ones, the nice ones, the mean ones, the awesome ones, the smart ones, we got it all! Who wouldn't love us.
ReplyDeleteI think that were like we're all going to miss each other. Some less than others, some a whole lot more, but I think that we'll be fine. I really will miss you guys. I still can't believe that it's nearing the end of our elementary life.
It feels awesome yet scary at the same time. But my point is, is that it feels like the year ended way to quickly. It feels like yesterday that we all just met and learned what our favorite color is or something. Well, all I have to say is, I'm gonna miss you guys. Well, I got to go, I have a book to read.

Last blog, When it's has been a adventure for me. It's has been a adventure for me because I finally went to district. Also I am finally a quarterback in football. I finally became a quarterback because I have improved so much and have throw more spirls than wobbles. Also, my running has improved too. My running has improved because 2 reasons 1. I went to district and 2. in football, I got tackled a lot when rushed, and now when someone rushes me (dumb of them) I take off running and beat them most of the time. So thats it thank you Mrs.Toenjes for 2 AMAZING YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRIFFIN :) ;)

A person I would like to say thanks to is Mrs. Toenjes. She has given me a great year. I couldn't ask for more. Another thanks to Mrs. Lee. I had a great time this year. I hope everyone else did too.

I just can't believe this is our last full week of school! I agree with Will this year was just too short! I'm going to miss everyone, this year was totally awesome! Thank you Mrs.Toenjes for an amazing year! And thankyou class for making this year unforgetable! I will miss everyone so much! Though the thing I can't believe is next year its off to Middle School! Some of my favorite parts in the year were the Chinese Dynasty project, Greek god and goddesses, Renieassance Festival along with Catalina ofcourse! I'm actually going to miss the little joke and nicknames that people came up with this year. For anexample yellow tube sponge and banana slug. Thank you everyone for making this a great year! There is a few stuff that I enjoyed this year. I loved going to Catalina Island. I am very appreciative that the sixth grade teachers worked hard so we could go to Catalina. I am definitely looking forward to going to Italy, Greece, and Turkey this summer. I have enjoyed strings this year. I enjoyed playing all the songs. Some of the people in are class I think are nice and kind. Also this summer I am going to Disneyland. That will be fun. I hope everyone has a great summer and does something fun.

I had a great time over all this school year. My favorite part was the trip to Catalina I had loads of fun. Unfortunatly I couldn't snorkel, but it didn't really bother me. I am also a bit disappointed, because I am not going to explorer next year:( I am going to another school in cave creek. I might go to pinnacle, but we will see when the time comes. I won't be here the last day, because I am going on a vacation to Virginia. Have a great year, and am saying good bye to my last Blog post. BYE!

ReplyDeleteMost people this year will leave happily to get away form this school, but I will leave with tears in my eyes. I loved our class and I loved being in our class. It will be very sad leaving this school because I will probably never see any one of you ever again because I'm not going to Explorer like the rest of you. But I just wanted to say Thank You, to everyone, for being so awesome and for making this year so special to me. Thank you for being yourself. Thank you for being who you are. And thank you for making all those jokes and making me smile sooo much. I am honestly saying this from my heart, but truly, this has been my all time favorite school year ever, just because of all of you. And I loved being in this class, even though it was so crowded and clumped, I loved having each and every person in the class, and I will miss ALL of you. And I mean ALL, of you. The memories I have from this class will definitely stay with me forever. Everything that we did. All the games, the free recesses, the jokes, the fun! And everybody (I'm talking about you too Mrs. Toenjes!) made this school year amazing. I remember that time when Mrs. Toenjes put Noah on Step 1, and then forgot about him for like half an hour, and she was laughing soooooooooooo hard, she could hardly breathe, and all of us were just laughing at Mrs. Toenjes's laugh. I will never forget that!!! And I remember when right before spring break, Xamoi and Mrs. Toenjes were joking around about going to get a manicure and a pedicure together over spring break, and then Mrs. Toenjes got all mad at him because he never showed up. And I will never forget all those day after school waiting on the playground joking around and running away from Austin throwing dirty half eaten orange slices at me. :) I cannot believe that we only have 7 1/2 school days left. I wish we had a time machine to just go back to our old school days and just replay our favorite memories over and over again. As much as I love summer, I honestly don't want to leave because it seems like just yesterday we all met each other. I remember last year when we had those state competitions and more celebrations, but now, most people don't really care. I loved being in this class and I will never forget. I will never forget any one of you, and I hope that you will not forget me either. I hope that everyone has a great summer and I hope that I will see some of you again. I will honestly miss the class jokes form Noah and Max, and I will miss everyone laughing together. I remember the eagerness to learn when we knew something good was coming. And I did not write this to get anyone to like me, I wrote this for ALL of you to know that you were loved in this class too, no matter what anyone said. And finally I just wanted to say THANK YOU and I will miss you all!! :) <3 <3 <3 :)

DeleteWell its pretty obvious what my favorite memory was.Catalina!!!!!!And just to tell you I might cry on the last day of school.I mean come on who wouldn't cry on the last day of being at desert trails.Anyway,I had so much fun this year and it went by so fast.But I will try to come and see all of the memories of desert trails.This is really hard for me.I mean I have been here for seven years!!!And so have a lot of my friends.But always know that I will always remember Desert Trails.

Well I would like to thank my classmates for tolerating my annoyingness if thats even a word,probably not.I will be in Florida this whole summer.I will probably visit my dad.And possibly see some of my cousins.I will be getting better with basketball and working on pretty much everything there is with basketball.I am ready to see my dad already.I'm going to have lots of fun.I always have fun though.

Well, there is way too much to say on how the whole year went and what there is to share. I loved this class so much that I wish everyone would be moving on to Explorer and we can live the year again. I have had so much funny and emotional memories with this class I enjoyed most of them. For example, the funniest moment was when Mrs. Toenjes laughed so hard when she realized she left Noah in step for the whole LtoJ test. I am amazed on how much our class has changed from shy to random outbursts. I can't believe the year is almost over and I don't want it to end. The year has gone by so quickly and I haven't been able to keep track of everything. There are some days when I can't remember what we did, and there are others that are hard to forget even though I want to. There is tons of things that need to be shared but I can't fit it all in this small box. I've had fun laughs and cheers and kindness surrounding me as the year has gone on. I hope others can relate. :D I still can't believe that this will be our last blog. I've enjoyed sharing my thought because normally I don't get the chance to share them. I might be secretly blogging every now and then next year. I never wanted this year to end but I still can't wait for my summer and going to Newport Beach! It will be nice to relax and have a chill vacation! :D I am also worried about middle school only because of the homework. I am not worried about that it will be grading because I always do my best, but I am scared of how much they will give. I guess I'll get used to it as the years go on until I graduate from college (sorry I meant Harvard :D)! I hope some of my best friends will be able to stay with me or at least keep in touch as the years go on. I never want to lose my friend Jessica! I have finally found friends who understand me and are alike and I don't want that to go away. I am happy and excited for next week, but I am sad because I can't see my friends as much. Anyway, I am happy I get to sleep in and read more than I have been able to. This year has flown by and I do but then I don't want it to end. I also remember the time last year when I was so sad to leave school, I left in tears. Many kids can't wait until the year is over, but for me it's different. I have always loved school and I am scared to move onto middle school. Elementary has always been amazing and I don't want to leave it. One of my favorite memories was when Mrs. Toenjes started singing shine bright like a daimond. It was so funny! Another funny memorie was when Mrs. Toenjes tried to kiss Noah. Also today when Noah raised his hand and Mrs. Toenjes tried to take a picture because he never raises his hand. I am going to miss grade school so much.

DeleteWhoah, I can't believe that the school year is almost over. It has gone by so fast! This was probably one of my favorite classes I've ever been in. There were a lot of memories throughout this year. One of my favorite memories is all the inside jokes our class had like yellow tube sponge, banana slug, Phil's beard and of course "It's time for lunch". The class has also been really weird... It was always fun when we were all together and I loved it. It was an amazing year with a few bumps but that doesn't compare to all the fun we had. The simple things throughout the year just became big! I am really glad I came to Desert Trails because I met so many good friends and people. I really enjoyed it. Thanks so much to Mrs. Toenjes to making this year great. We will miss you so much!

Wow, I am in shock. This year has flown before my eyes faster than a jet. Even faster than Mr. Pineapple! I hope to always remember the 6th grade class of 2013. I am really nervous to move on from Desert Trails to Explorer. Desert Trails has been the only school I have really ever gone too. I can't exactly say I will miss the school, but there is a few things i will miss here and there. First of all I never would have thought I made it into honors. My brother has been in honors all his life. He is going to college this year! My parents always wanted me to live up to their expectation of being like my brother. I really wanted to be my own person and not a clone of my brother. Desert Trails and all of my classmates have helped me become my own person. My favorite memory ( and most likely everyone else's ) was CATALINA!!!!!!!!! I will always remember the amazing the times the class had together. A great memory was when Mrs. Toenjes went crazy with laughter after leaving Noah on step for at least 18 minutes. Austin hopefully you will one day become DA MAN during recess. It's hard to believe this is our last blog. I have really enjoyed blogging this year and reading everyone's blog. It was one of my favorite things of the year. Samantha, your blog was great and it made me remember some very funny moments we had. Yes I agree we have a great class and I will have some great memories. I will really miss Desert Trails. I will not be going to Explorer next year. So I guess this is goodbye for now. During the summer I will be going to see Taylor Swift. Actually that will be in a few weeks on May 28th. I plan to visit family in California and may also go to Catalina since I missed that field trip. I may take some art classes at Scottsdale Youth Academy as well. Maybe I will see you there, Veda. I am going to try the Trapeze School in Chandler. That should be fun. And of course I will be eating York Peppermint Patties. I wish I could go to Italy and stay at the Hotel Guarracino and have some fruit at the Guarracino Fruit Bar. Those are actually places in Italy. You can google it! That would be awesome. But that will have to wait for another time. Thank you Mrs. Toenjes for two great years. Hope everyone has a great summer and a good school year in 7th grade. Wow it really has been an amazing year. I want to start out by saying thank to Mrs. Toenjes for always being there for me and supporting me through evry challenge. Thanks to you i already know i am going to be prepared for life and it;s challenges. I also want to say thanks to all my friends for sticking by my side and never letting go. They will always be with me the rest of my life. This has been an amazing year and I have met so many new wonderful people that I will never forget. There have been so many memories and funny and special moments that can't be described because they are so special. I think this whole year was a memory but there deffinately was a couple of special moments. One was when we had the school dance. I went with all of my friends and we danced and had an amazing time. Another great memory is when we went to Catalina. We recently got back and it was one of the most incredible places I have ever been. We did so many things that I never thought I would ever do. Probably the best memory of all was just hangin out and laughing with all of my friends. We all told so many jokes and laughed over and over again. I swear by the end of the year I am going to have a six pack because I laughed so much. Even though it's the end to one of the best years of my life it's also the beginning of a new journey...Thanks Mrs. Toenjes!!!!!

I have had a very fun 6th grade year! I think that we all like our teacher and our classmates. I really liked art masterpiece; I think that drawing, talking with your friends, and learning about an artist is really fun. I love our L-J's they are really fun. I love doing them because we learn something new every time we take one. I have had a really fun year and it will be very sad to leave. I will always remember my sixth grade year! Jessica
ReplyDeleteI had alot of fun this year! Having Mrs. Toenjes as my aunt and my teacher is pretty cool but nthat means that I got in trouble alot more too. It was so fun one of the cool things that I remeber was creating the yellow tube sponge and sea creature thing. I loved Catclina and the Renassance. i wish we could go on more feiled trips though. My summer hopefully will be great and I am joining basketball to improve my skills I am also joining a football camp in Minnesotsa. I had a great time in 6th grade.

I had a lot of fun this 6th grade year. I made new friends and learned new things. Over the summer, I might visit Minnesota or Iowa. Possibly some where else. I'm going to miss all of those that are leaving and not going to Explorer. While I'm sad to leave Desert Trails, I know Explorer will be fun and I'll learn new things.

MY favorite of all was Catalina Island. Or the Renaissance fair was a ton of fun too! I remember watching Noah Shiel jump onto the Jacob's Ladder and then fail miserably. I'm really not doing a whole lot this summer. Read, swim, sleep. I'mm going to San Diego so that's pretty much the highlight of it. I hope I see mostly everyone next year at Explorer!

This Year has been very exciting. I enjoyed everything that we did this year. I really liked Catalina and all the memories we now share. This has been my favorite year. There are to many things to share here but everyone was happy the whole year. I will miss everyone here because my family runs in this school like my sister who went here is going to college, My mom worked as a substitute here, and my grandma who worked in the front office and the library. I will always miss this school.

ReplyDeleteThis school year has flown by so fast. My favorite memory was when Mrs. Toenjes left Noah in step for the whole L to J test, and she had the best laugh ever. She went as red as a tomato. This year was a great learning experience, becaise I got to make so many new friends. If I started off in middle school, finding friends would be very difficult, because gradschool is by far the best way to meet new people. The Catalina trip was a fan-cactus experience. We did so many things as a class, that would never happen. Truly, this has been one of my best years.

My favorite thing about this 6th grade year was going to Catalina and meeting all the new people that came in this year.
