Road Trip!

We have been studying many different maps in Social Studies.  One of the maps we will be looking at more closely are Road Maps.  If you could plan a "Road Trip" anywhere (that you can get to on a road of course), where would you want to go and why?  Is there anything special you would want to do or see on the way or when you get there?  Do you like road trips?  Why or why not?  Make sure you follow the directions and use appropriate capital letters and punctuation.  Do your best to spell all the words correct.  Also--make sure you write 3-5 good sentences!!

    If I planned a rpad trip I would go to yellowstone National Park,Because I've never been there,and I would like to see all the animals they have. While I'm there I'd like to see the geyser's. I don't like road trip's,because they are usally long,and boring.

    I would totally go to Yellow Stone because I've already been there once and there's so much to do you could never get bored!! But the down side would have to be all the driving to get from one place to another. Road trips can be fun sometimes but not all the time because it's hard to sit in the car for so long and if you're me it's even harder. Though of couse when i get to Yellow Stone I would go to the DQ they have there because I've been to DQ's before but this one was really really really good and if you're me you absolutly love ice-cream!!!

    I love to go to Disnyland because I olen been there 1 time. they have the best rides EVER!!!!!!!! they also has the Disny castle. Griffin

    If I could plan a road trip it would proboply be to disney land because it's not that long and, I love Disney Land. On the way there I would want to stop and see my family that live there. I dont like road trips because there long and you start to get clastrophobic.

    I would go to bisbee beacase it is the best place in arizona it is a great place to be and it makes a really great camping place!!!! but the only thing is that there are lots of bugs i actually went there on friday sep 16 i love bisbee WHO HAS BEEN TO BISBEE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I HAVE!

    If I could plan a road trip, I would probably go to Yellowstone National Park because it has a ton of cool animals and it has huge mountains! On the way there, I would want to stop in Salt Lake City to see the lake. I like road trips because you can sleep a lot and you get to go to awesome places.

    If I went on a road trip it would not be in a rental car, but it would be in California. (If you are wondering why, "...not in a rental car,"
    ask me at school.)I go to California every year and get to swing on the high flying trapeze. (You swing on a bar 30 feet in the air and do flips and cool things like that!)

    I would love to take a road trip to Washington, D.C. I would take a detour and go to Yellowstone National Park to see the geysers. I would also take another detour and go to Florida to see Harry Potter Land and Disney World. When we get to Washington, D.C., my first stop would be the Space Museum at the Smithsonian Institute. I would also visit the Washington Monument and the White House.

    if i got to go on a road trip i would go to New York (while yes driving because i get to see great sites!) it would take forever though but at night i love to sleep in hotels and go swimming because they have the best pools!when i get to new york i would like to shop becaus ethey have a lt of fashion clothes there i would also likke to ride in a cab i have no idea why but ive never been in one in the big cities of new york so yea.

    I place I would go to would be Canada because they have the most beautiful animals an sights. A detour I would take would be to one of the great lakes because I have never seen any and I would really like to. Also, another detour I would take would be to Montana because they have the most magnificent plains, well that's what everyone says. The last detour I would take would be to Ohio to see my grandpa and my mom was also born there. I would also like to sightsee in Ohio because I could check out Lake Eiree. I like and do not like road trips because i get to read, listen to my i-pod, and get to see other spectacular views! I don't like them because i'm not patient and i feel to still.

    The place i would love to visit is Canada. I would like to go there because I have cousins that live there. I agree with Madelyn that even though it would take forever, I would love to see all the awesome sites!! And even if I had to sleep in the car, I wouldn't care because I never get car sick and if I pack enough supplies i can easily entertain myselfy I would love to see the beautiful leaves and maple trees! I think it would be so cool to be with my family in a brand new place! I like road trips because I like to go places and I enjoy them because I always have something that I enjoy during the trip. I don't mind long road trips and enjoy them too. Where do you want to visit???????????

    I would go to Colorodo in the winter because i would go sledding and skiing. I love sledding and skiing because i love going down a big hill. I love going on road trips because you can see the acturally road and also i love to explore the state.

    I would like to go to California for a month and go to the beach and go to the Vans Outlet skate park. it would be fun. I would take a limousine to California. The weather is nice and cool at the beach.

    The place I would like to go to would be Canada or Hawaii becuase in Hawaii you can go to the beach and surf.Canada you get snow and do lots of stuff.I adore road trips do you.love them!!

    I would go to Cooperstown because of the baseball shops and the baseball hall of fame. I like road trips because of all the different sightings.

    I would go to Hawii because it has a beach and shopping places.I would also like to go to California because they my favorite hotel Del Cornordo because they fun kids actives.I also would want a poad trip to some where that has animals and zoos. katlin,:)

    I would want to go to Prescott because it's not too hot but not too cold. Another place I love to visit is Georgia because It's really beautiful. I really want to Prescott and Georgia.I don't really like road trips because you have to wait a really long time to get there.

    If i could plan a trip i would go to venic,Italy because i want to live life without cars. People who have been their haver been telling me that the sewers smell grose. I've heard that the houses are big their.

    I would like to go to colorado, because you can go rafting in lots of places and plus you live in the mountains. And because there is a gold rush in the mountains. I would like to have a lot of gold and silver. Plus it is cool in the summer. Thats where i would want to go.

    If I could go anywhere I would go to Florida because I've always wanted to see a spaceship take off or land. Plus, I LOVE the beach. I don't really like road trips because I get carsick a lot and, to me, it's boring. I'd much rather prefer an airplane.

    If i could go anywhere i would go to Hawii because I'v never been there and it has the best beach ever! I do not like road trips. I throw up and my belly hurts and my ears pop and its BORING! Airplanes i dont mind as much.

    If I could go on a road trip I would go to Florida.Because I could go to the everglades and I would see crocidiles and go to the beach and surf,swim,and collect shells.And that is what I would like to do.

    i love road trips if i could go on a road trip i would go to Chicago because my aunt,uncle and cousins live there. i think it would be so fun to go there and see every thing.but it would get a little boring to drive there because it is like a 3 day drive. Julia <3
